Valley Dance Theatre Board of Directors Valley Dance Theatre is a non-profit (501c3) corporation formed in 1980 with the goal of providing performance opportunities for talented local dancers and bringing affordable, quality dance performances to the valley. In 2000, VDT opened the School of the Valley Dance Theatre to offer the high quality dance education required for Company dancers. The Board of Directors provides governance and support.
